Due to the nature of nutritional products and health supplements, we have a strict return and refund policy in place to ensure product integrity, safety, and fairness for both our customers and our brand.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns Eligibility — Strict Conditions
You are eligible to request a return only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in 100% original, sealed condition.
- The packaging (including outer box, seal, label, and invoice) is intact, undamaged, and unaltered.
- The product was not part of a clearance sale, discounted bundle, or limited-time offer.
- The return is due to a genuine issue such as:
- Wrong item delivered
- Item received in damaged or tampered condition
- Manufacturing defect (rare, must be proven with evidence)
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Found the product cheaper elsewhere
- Dislike of taste, flavor, or personal preference
- Misreading product details, usage instructions, or label claims
- Courier delays (these are out of our control but will be assisted)
2. How to Request a Return (Step-by-Step)
Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

Subject Line: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order ID]”
In your email, include:
- Your Full Name & Contact Number
- Order ID
- Product Name
- Clear reason for return
- Unedited photos and video proof of the product and its condition (all sides + seal + invoice slip)
Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days and verify the evidence.
If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup OR guide you to ship the product back yourself (in specific cases). The product must reach us within 5 working days from approval.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- The returned product passes our quality inspection (unopened, unused, original condition)
- The return was approved via written confirmation from our support team
- The issue was due to genuine error or damage on our part
Once verified:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval and inspection
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer
Shipping fees, COD charges, gateway fees, and discounts are non-refundable.
If any freebie or free item was part of the order, it must be returned in its original condition — or refund will be denied.
4. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or unsealed products
- Used products or those with visible tampering
- Products without original invoice or packaging
- Clearance sale items
- Any supplement with “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” or “Flat Discount” tags
- Accessories like shaker bottles, scoops, or merchandise
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
5. Refusal of Return Requests
God Of Supps reserves the right to reject any return/refund request at its sole discretion if:
- The claim is false, exaggerated, or lacks valid proof
- The product appears used, opened, or tampered with
- Multiple returns have been made from the same account
- Any abuse, foul language, or unethical behavior is reported from the customer
We also reserve the right to block future orders from accounts found misusing the return policy.
